Yoga, Pilates and Healthy Spine

Gymnastics is very important not only for a pregnant woman’s body but also for her soul. That’s why at KOALA we offer activities that consider particular needs and requirements of pregnancy.


Our exercises are safe for every pregnant Mom, they help to cope with the changes in our bodies and to prepare for the challenges of the delivery and the postnatal period. The atmosphere during the classes give comfort and provides additional support.

All classes are given in Polish.

The regular part at the beggining of every classes is relaxation session. This way you learn how to relax consciously, how to breath and wind down. This skill is considered as very useful during first phase of birth.

We work out for one hour in small groups in a comfortable gym with music, mattresses. Depending on particular exercises we also use additional training equipment. Participants are only required to bring comfortable training outfit (shoes are not required).

Most of the classes are dedicated for pregnant women but we have also something for Moms after delivery. Classes with babies are for mothers at least 6 weeks after childbirth.

We accepts all Multisport and Fitprofit cards and Medicover.

4 entries - 100 PLN - 30 days

8 entries - 160 PLN - 30 days

open (entry to each class for a month) -  200 PLN
